Staging/Access
|
We
will require a performance space of at least 3 x 3 metres, with an
unrestricted height of 2.5 metres. It is also important that we have
clear access through double doors to the performance area. Ideally, the audience
will be seated 'end-on'. If we are performing on a raised stage
area, we will require at least one set of treads to enable actors to
leave the stage, enter the auditorium and move freely about the audience
throughout the performance. |

General cover (warm;
pinks and straws). Night blue. Facility to light and isolate
DSC, DSL, DSR and USC. Tight spot DSC. LX Cues (only 25).
We also need to rig a lamp to the upstage bar, or freestanding on a
tripod to backlight the shadow projection screen. We will need to
be able to light the auditorium area each time the actors exit the stage
and appear in the audience. |

Sound FX |
All show cues are on CD. We will
require 2 CD players to enable a fade from one SFX to another. We
will also need to play pre-show music as the audience enter. |

Dressing Room |
Our company of performers will require
access to a private room which they can use as dressing room facilities.
It would also be helpful if the room could be locked when the acting
company are performing onstage. |

Parking Facilities |
We have some very heavy scenic items to
unload and because of this it would be helpful if you could provide a
designated parking space as close to the access doors as possible.
